PREP SPORTS: Big South releases All-Conference teams for wrestling, girls hockey

MARSHALL – The Big South Conference announced its All-Conference teams for wrestling and girls hockey on Wednesday, and multiple Marshall players made the list.

For wrestling, Grant Louwagie, Jaiden Bahr, Hsa Khee Lar, Hsa La Eh, Zach Stahl, Elijah Sterner, Zack Felcyn and Wyatt Martin all made it for the Tigers. Joining them are Max Ehrich, Caleb Beeler, Zach Buseman, Jordan Huse, Joe Schavey and Trevor Oppedal (Blue Earth Area), Lucas Jagodzinski, Jaxson Rohman, Connor Simmonds, Payton Anderson, Miles Fitzgerald, Cale Steuber, Tristan Lange, Jordan Wolter and Collin Steuber (Fairmont/MCW), Payton Handevidt, Aaron Munoz and Jacob Tvinnereim (Jackson County Central), Colby Wenniger, Sean Howk, Hunter Ranweiler and Tanner Stark (New Ulm), Grant Budden, Michael Suda, Hunter Burnett, Garrett Ploeger and Jamison VanderWal (Pipestone), Kaleb Haase, Tayte Harazin, Devin Johnson and Chad Maddock (Redwood River Valley), Tallin Johnson and Sam Kulseth (St. James Area), Matthew Pettis, Sage Loredo-Hollon and Tony Putz (St. Peter), Justin Sampson and Levi Kuschel (Waseca), Kade Sammons, Brett Willaby, Alex Borsgard, Jesse Jepsen and Zach Spinks (Windom/MLA), Damon Schutz, Jacob Neuberger, Jacob Prunty, Mason Byrne and Ethan Pavelko (Worthington).

For girls hockey, Courtney and Sydney Mauch and Rachel VanKeulen were the representatives for the Tigers. Joining them are Emilie Bartels and Reghan Bork (Luverne), Emma Doherty-Bohn from (Minnesota River), Ali Beltz and Dani Weiss (New Ulm), Riley Brown and Jayde Pederson (Waseca), Molly Boyum and Emily Steen (Windom) and Bailey Kruse (Worthington).

On the Big South Honorable Mention team are Emma Klenken (Marshall), Ashley Pudwell and Kendall Wenner (Minnesota River), Madeline Gag and Ashtyn Wiltscheck (New Ulm), Anna Volk (Windom) and Ashton Fogelman (Worthington).
