MARSHALL - A wallet was found and returned to its owner in an incident reported at 8:47 a.m. Tuesday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A cat was taken to animal impound in an incident reported at 9:10 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Cedar Lane, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Money was recovered in a theft incident reported at 10:13 a.m. Tuesday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle was found and taken to the garage in an incident reported at 1:06 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft reported at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Central Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2004 Chevrolet was damaged by an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 2:16 p.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a cellphone was reported at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 4:23 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of North 6th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black cat was taken to animal impound in an incident reported at 6:19 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of North Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

Accident

MARSHALL - A 1997 Oldsmobile driven by a Marshall boy, 17, received light damage and a 2001 Dodge driven by a Marshall boy, 17, received light damage in a property damage accident reported at 3:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

Fire

COTTONWOOD - Firefighters responded to a house fire reported north of Cottonwood at about 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Cottonwood Fire Chief Dale Louwagie said no one was injured in the fire, but the house was likely a loss. Louwagie said the cause of the fire is under investigation. The Cottonwood, Wood Lake, and Hanley Falls fire departments all responded at the scene.
