MARSHALL - Phillip Carl Breidall, 25, of Pine Island, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court July 9 to charges of third degree burglary, court records said. Breidall illegally entered a Marshall restaurant and stole food items on May 7, 2010, court records said. Breidall received a three-year stay of adjudication, and was sentenced to three years probation with conditions including pay a $500 fine and restitution, write a letter of apology and complete 80 hours of community service.

MARSHALL - Stacey Lee Fadness, 36, of Arco, pleaded guilty in Lyon County District Court July 9 to amended charges of third degree driving while impaired, court records said. Fadness drove with an alcohol level of .21 in Marshall on May 27, and had a prior DWI conviction in 2004, court records said. Fadness received a stayed sentence of one year in jail, an $800 fine, and two years probation with conditions including complete 40 hours of community service, obtain a chemical use assessment and do not drive unless granted permission by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Additional charges of failure to signal a turn were dismissed.

MARSHALL - Donna Marie Meier, 59, of Tracy, appeared in Lyon County District Court July 9 on charges of financial transaction card fraud. A complaint alleges Meier used another person's credit card to make more than $800 in charges in Marshall on May 7. A hearing was set for July 23.

MARSHALL - Sierra Alexandra Kolanda, 24, of Marshall, appeared in Lyon County District Court July 9 on charges of failure to provide proof of insurance and driving after suspension. A complaint alleges Kolanda drove with a suspended license in Marshall on May 17. A hearing was set for July 23.
