MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 30, was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in an incident reported at 5:53 a.m. Thursday on the 200 block of North 5th Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - Parties were counseled in a harassment incident reported at 2:22 a.m. Thursday on the 400 block of South Summit Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a 5-speed boys bike valued at $150 was reported at 10:41 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A boy, 17, was entered into the computer as a runaway in an incident reported at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of domestic assault and fifth degree assault charges on Minneota man, 32, in an incident reported at 5:11 p.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - A reciprocal incident reported at 2:12 p.m. Wednesday on the 2000 block of 180th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 29, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 2 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A theft reported at 12:16 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a 21-speed boys bike valued at $185 was reported at 10:02 a.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of Southview Drive.

MARSHALL - A check fraud incident reported at 7:59 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
