ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The City of Marshall, Minnesota, will receive bids in the Council Chambers in the Municipal Building at 344 West Main Street Marshall, MN 56258 until 10:00 A.M., July 1, 2013. Bids will be received for the following:
1250 G.P.M. RURAL PUMPER FIRE TRUCK
All bids shall be made on the proposal forms of the City and shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the order of the City for not less than 10% of the bid.
Bids shall be directed to the Finance Director / City Clerk, securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper with a brief statement as to the which the bid being submitted.
The City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in the bidding.
Specifications are on file at the office of the Director of Public Works / City Engineer at 344 West Main Street Marshall, MN 56258 (507-537-6773).
Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, the Finance Director / City Clerk and Fire Chief will publicly open bids in the Council Chambers of the City Hall.
Bids will be considered by the City Council at 5:30 p.m. in the Professional Room at the Marshall Middle School, 401 South Saratoga Street on July 23, 2013
No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least 30 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
