Luther earns place on dean's list at Berklee

Berklee College of Music announces that Austin Luther of Marshall has earned placement on the dean's list for the fall semester of the 2012 academic year. To be eligible for this honor, a full-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.4 or above; a part-time student must achieve a grade point average of 3.6 or above.

MSU, Mankato graduates more than 1,500 students

Minnesota State University, Mankato, graduated more than 1,500 students during spring commencement exercises May 11 in Bresnan Arena at the Taylor Center on the Minnesota State Mankato campus.

Elsing to attend University of Minnesota, Morris

Brittany Elsing of Wabasso has been accepted to and has chosen to attend the University of Minnesota, Morris.

Elsing, a 2013 graduate of Wabasso High School, will attend Morris beginning fall 2013. Elsing is the recipient of an Achievement Scholarship, renewable up to four years. Achievement Scholars are selected based on their academic accomplishments at the time of application.

All first-year students who submit an application to Morris are automatically considered for an Achievement Scholarship package.
