MARSHALL - Theft of a license plate from a vehicle was reported at 8:32 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of East Lyon Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A trespassing notice was issued to a man, 34, in an incident reported at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A dog in an animal complaint incident reported at 11:01 p.m. Monday on the 1000 block of Hackberry Drive was later released to its owner, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man, 34, was cited for disorderly conduct in an incident reported at 9:20 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

GHENT - Theft of plant stands from a yard was reported at 7:06 p.m. Monday on the 200 block of North Collins Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 6:30 p.m. Monday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

LYON COUNTY - A Marshall man, 29, was cited for carrying a weapon without a permit in a traffic related complaint incident reported at 5:20 p.m. Monday on Lyon County Road 9, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A credit card fraud incident reported at 4:15 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of Travis Road is under investigation, Marshall Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A woman, 30, was cited for shoplifting in an incident reported at 1:45 p.m. Monday on the 400 block of Country Club Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A man, 36, was cited for dog at large in an incident reported at 11:23 a.m. Monday on the 500 block of Locust Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a debit card reported at 10:05 a.m. Monday on the 100 block of North 1st Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A property damage accident was reported at 12:15 p.m. Monday at the intersection of West Main Street and West College Drive, Marshall Police said.
