MARSHALL - A Labrador mix was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 12:02 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota State Highway 23 and U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of iPods, DVDs and money reported at 9:47 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Paris Road is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 29, in an incident reported at 7:58 p.m. Tuesday on Dano Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of money reported at 4:14 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A parked and unattended 2004 Chevrolet was damaged when it was struck by an unknown vehicle in an incident reported at 2:41 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A burglary incident reported at 12:36 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of West Redwood Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of violation of restraining order charges on a Marshall woman, 36, in an incident reported at 12:32 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An incident described as all other was reported at 12:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - An HID card was reported found at 12:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 900 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a hit-and-run incident reported at 10:02 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Rainbow Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of domestic assault charges on a Marshall man, 31, in an incident reported at 9:41 a.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Cedar Lane, Marshall Police said.
