LYON COUNTY - A suspicious incident reported at 8:19 a.m. Friday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 2 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A Tracy man, 20, was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 4:01 p.m., the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - A wallet and gloves were found and a letter was sent to their owner in an incident reported at 6:25 p.m. Sunday, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - The Marshall Police Department assisted the Lyon County Sheriff's Department in an incident reported at 2:20 a.m. Sunday on the intersection of 4th Street and Marshall Street, the sheriff's department said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a cell phone was reported at 3:27 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Theft of a purse with its contents was reported at 3:52 p.m. Sunday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Nobody wanted to press charges in an assault incident reported at 6:09 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - A stray purebred Husky was fostered but then ran away in an animal complaint reported at 1:49 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of West 2nd Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

GARVIN - A verbal argument was reported at 9:37 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of 4th Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - No report was in on a personal injury accident reported at 1:30 p.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 6, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

LYON COUNTY - No report was in on a personal injury accident reported at 2:13 p.m. Friday on Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A property damage accident reported at 9:25 p.m. Sunday on the intersection of Superior Road and West Erie Road was reported for insurance purposes, Marshall Police said.
