MARSHALL - The theft of a bike was reported 9:01 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of W. Saratoga Street in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - No report was in on an animal complaint reported at 11:18 a.m. Friday at the intersection of E. Marshall and A streets in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A burglary incident reported at 12:15 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of Jewett Street in Marshall is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A juvenile male was charged with disorderly conduct in a public disturbance incident at 12:40 p.m. Friday on the 1400 block of East College Drive in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 36, was arrested for fleeing in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, speed and driving after cancellation in a pursuit incident at 2:13 p.m. Friday in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A school bus stop arm violation that took place at 12:51 p.m. Friday at the intersection of County Road 67 and Broadmore is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An individual was transported to the emergency room after a mental illness incident was reported at 5:04 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of Jewett Street in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet complete on a theft report at 9:26 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A complaint has been sent to the City Attorney for review on driving after suspension charges filed against a Marshall man, 26, after a traffic complaint was reported at 9:28 p.m. on the intersection of South 4th Street and Southview Drive in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report of unlawful depositing of garbage is under investigation after an incident reported at 9:17 a.m. Saturday on the 100 block of East Main Street in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Clarkfield woman, 38, and a Clarkfield man, 36, were cited after a theft incident at 2:56 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East Main Street in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A damage to property incident reported at 4:47 p.m. Saturday on the 1100 block of Birch Street is under investigation.

MARSHALL - A Bird Island woman, 18, was cited for minor consumption in an alcohol-DWI incident reported at 8:56 p.m. Saturday near Southwest Minnesota State University, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An incident of motor vehicle tampering that took place at 12:09 a.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of Prospect Road in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 33, was cited for having a loud stereo in a loud party/noise complaint on the 1100 block of Birch Street in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Wahpeton, N.D., man, 40, was arrested for fourth-degree DWI and transporting an uncased firearm in an alcohol-DWI incident at 1:04 a.m. Saturday on the 1000 block of Emerald Court in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 49, was arrested for third-degree DWI in an alcohol-DWI incident reported at 2:30 a.m. Sunday on West College Drive in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL - A 1995 Honda driven by a Marshall woman, 22, was involved in an accident with a 2012 Buick driven by a Marshall man, 89, at 3:47 p.m. Friday at the intersection of North 5th and High streets in Marshall, Marshall Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Marshall woman, 53, was involved in a single-vehicle accident at 5:22 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street in Marshall, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A 2005 GMC Envoy owned by Gail Sumption of Porter received moderate damage and a 2000 Pontiac owned by Judith Hoff of Russell received light damage after a personal injury accident at 11:26 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Artillery Drive and Minnesota Highway 19 in Marshall, Marshall Police said.
