MARSHALL - A 1999 Buick driven by a Marshall man, 28, and a parked and unattended 2010 Toyota both received light damage in a hit and run incident reported at 1:21 a.m. Friday, Marshall Police said. The driver of the Buick was cited for leaving the scene of the incident, Police said.

MARSHALL - Loud music was reported at 11:54 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A girls' bicycle was reported stolen at 9:36 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of North 7th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a hit and run incident reported at 8:06 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of Legion Field Road, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - An animal complaint incident was reported at 6:57 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of disorderly conduct charges on a Marshall man, 57, and a Rochester, Minn., man, 25, in an incident reported at 5:23 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 4:34 p.m. Thursday on the 700 block of North 5th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of school bus stop arm violation charges on a Marshall woman, 20 in an incident reported at 4:24 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of 4th Street and Steven Avenue, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A trespassing incident was reported at 4:18 p.m. Thursday on the 300 block of 3rd Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A bicycle was taken from a garage in a burglary incident reported at 3:41 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle mirror was broken off in a damage to property incident reported at 3:30 p.m. Thursday on the 500 block of West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A threat incident reported at 2:40 p.m. Thursday on the 100 block of South 5th Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A verbal warning was given for loud music reported at 2:28 p.m. Thursday on the 600 block of South 1st Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the county attorney in a juvenile matter reported at 1:56 p.m. Thursday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - An incident described as all other reported at 1:54 p.m. Thursday on Tiger Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - The owner of a cellular phone reported found at 11:39 a.m. Thursday in Lake Marshall Township was contacted, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - Theft of services reported at 11:35 a.m. Thursday on the 500 block of East Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A vehicle window was broken in a damage to property incident reported at 9:53 a.m. Thursday on the 100 block of South 5th Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY - A suspicious incident was reported at 9:51 a.m. Thursday on the 700 block of Pine Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD - A report is not yet in on a domestic incident reported at 3:42 a.m. Thursday on the 800 block of West 1st Street South, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

Accidents

HENDRICKS - A Rosenberg, Texas, man, 28, was injured in a one-vehicle crash reported at 12:12 a.m. Friday on Highway 271, one mile north of Hendricks, the Minnesota State Patrol said. A 2007 Chevrolet driven by Kirby Anderson of Rosenberg, was traveling south on Highway 271 when it left the road and rolled, the State Patrol said. Anderson was treated and released for injuries, the State Patrol said. The vehicle was destroyed, the State Patrol said.
