Election Day soup supper Tuesday at Christ United

An Election Day soup supper will be served from 5-7 p.m. or until gone Tuesday at Christ United Presbyterian Church of Marshall (across from Wells Fargo Bank drive-through). The menu includes chili and potato soup with cornbread and dessert. A $6 donation will be accepted.

Supper, bake sale Saturday in Lucan

Our Lady of Victory, Lucan will have a CCW mission supper and bake sale Saturday. The bake sale and supper starts at 5:30 p.m. and continues after the 7 p.m. Mass. The menu include beef stew, homemade bread and dessert. Treasured Times of Marshall will be on hand with a selection of gifts and dcor items to buy. Proceeds to benefit the missions.

Holy Redeemer Emmaus retreat set for Nov. 9-11

Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Marshall is coordinating a retreat for women Nov. 9-11.

An Emmaus Experience will take place at Lake Shetek Lutheran Bible Camp. This is a weekend for renewal and growth by reflecting on your personal journey of faith.
