MARSHALL - A suspicious incident reported at 9:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A report was sent to the city attorney for consideration of assault charges on two Marshall women, ages 22 and 24, and a Willmar woman, 22, in an incident reported at 6:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Patricia Court, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - Three cats were taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of South 4th Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A black and white cat was taken to the animal impound in an animal complaint incident reported at 5:31 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of West College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA - An incident described as all other was reported at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A Morgan man, 19, was cited for school bus stop arm violation in an incident reported at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday on Birch Street, Marshall Police said.

BALATON - A found property incident reported at 12:19 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of North Maple Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

COTTONWOOD - Nothing was taken in a burglary incident reported at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Shoreview Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff's Department said.

MARSHALL - A Marshall man, 55, was arrested on a Department of Corrections warrant and brought to the Law Enforcement Center in an incident reported at 11:43 a.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL - A bicycle reported found at 8:14 a.m. Tuesday near North 4th Street was taken to the garage, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

TRACY - A property damage accident was reported at 6:04 a.m. Wednesday, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL - A report is not yet in on a property damage accident reported at 4:22 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Jewett Street and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
