Up 16-14 at halftime, the Adrian Dragons pulled away from Tracy-Milroy-Balaton in the second half and earned a 36-14 Little Sioux Conference victory Friday night in Tracy.
Jake Tiede had nine carries for 120 yards and two touchdowns for the seventh-ranked (Class A) Dragons, and Jordan Dingmann added 23 carries for 120 yards and one score.
Tracy-Milroy-Balaton did just about all of its damage through the air, as the team picked up just eight rushing yards. Quarterback Parker Lanoue completed 16 of 23 passes for 230 yards and two touchdowns with one interception. His top target on the night was Josh Kirk, who caught seven passes for 88 yards, including a 33-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter.
The Dragons move to 5-1 overall and 5-1 in the conference with the win and will play at Medford next week.
The Panthers (3-3 overall, 2-3 LSC) take on ninth-ranked Canby next Friday in Tracy.

Jack Thony had six touchdowns and two takeaways while powering the Murray County Central Rebels to a decisive 64-36 win over the MACCRAY Wolverines on Friday night in Slayton.
The Rebels used four of Thony's touchdowns to jump out to a 42-16 lead at halftime. MCC would add 22 more points in the third quarter before salting the game away down the stretch.
Thony led the Rebels with 274 yards rushing, while Mitch Reinsma had 214 and a touchdown. Ben Loosbrock had two scores on 45 yards for the Rebels.
MCC (3-3 overall, 3-3 Little Sioux Conference) travel to Minneota to play the Vikings on Friday.

Up 14-8 at halftime, the Russell-Tyler-Ruthton football team scored 22 unanswered points in the second half of a 36-8 victory over Lakeview in a Little Sioux Conference game played Friday in Tyler.
Shay Wabeke had a 12-yard interception return for a touchdown to help put RTR up 14-0 in the second quarter before Lakeview quarterback Taylor Pickthorn scored on a 1-yard touchdown run just before the half. After Cody St. Aubin ran in the two-point conversion, the Lakers found themselves within six points.
But RTR pulled away in the third quarter with a 23-yard touchdown run by Ty Thooft, and later a 16-yard touchdown run by Wabeke. Thooft added another 26-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter to complete the blowout.
Wabeke had 10 carries for 78 yards in the game, and also picked off two passes. Brett Vercruysse led the RTR rushing attack with 96 yards on 14 carries, and Thooft had 81 yards on nine rushes.
The Lakers' offense was led by St. Aubin, who carried the ball 22 times for 85 yards.
The Knights improve to 1-5 following the victory and will host Dawson-Boyd Thursday in Tyler. The Lakers remain winless and will face MACCRAY Thursday in Clara City.

The Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks made a long journey to Braham Friday and handed the Bombers a huge loss. Out-gaining Braham 388-85, the Blackjacks ran rampant on the Bombers in a 54-0 non-conference victory.
Justin Lee had 14 rushes for 155 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Blackjack offense, which gained 359 of its yards on the ground.
Nathaniel Huot added a 15-yard touchdown run for Dawson-Boyd, and also had a 25-yard punt return for a touchdown in the second quarter.
The Blackjacks (5-1 overall) get back to Little Sioux Conference play on Thursday with a home game against Russell-Tyler-Ruthton.

Jeff DeCock had four touchdowns to help power the Red Rock Central football team to a 42-0 victory over Buffalo Lake-Hector Friday in Lamberton.
DeCock's first touchdown of the game came on a 19-yard run in the first quarter. In the second quarter he had a 71-yard touchdown receptions from Brady Bierl, and later in the quarter a 35-yard interception return for a touchdown.
DeCock capped his stellar day with a 40-yard touchdown reception in the third quarter. He finished with five catches for 175 yards, catching all of Bierl's competitions in the game.
The Falcons moved to 4-2 with the victory and will play at New Ulm Cathedral next week.

A 52-6 win against Renville County West in Southern Confederacy play snapped a three game losing streak for the Westbrook-Walnut Grove Chargers Friday in Westbrook.
The Chargers used four Dana Madson touchdowns, two rushings and two receiving, to enter halftime with a 44-0 lead over the Jaguars. WWG added just one more touchdown, a five yard score from Matt Otto, in the second half.
Andrew Merrick led the Chargers with 132 yards rushing with a touchdown. Madson had 100 yards on the ground and 78 through the air to accompany his four scores.
The win improves the Chargers to 3-3 overall (3-3 Southern Confederacy Conference). Their next contest will be Friday in Westbrook against Southwestern United.
