Paul Thiel

REDWOOD FALLS — Services for Paul “Cabbage” Thiel, 60, of Redwood Falls will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Living Word Church in Redwood Falls. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Redwood Valley Funeral Home and will continue one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday. Burial is in Peace Memorial Gardens (formerly Crestlawn). Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

He died Saturday, July 24, 2021, at his home of natural causes.

He was born Jan. 6, 1961, in Redwood Falls to Carl and Darlene (Rykhus) Thiel.

Survivors include his sisters, Becky Schmidt of Lake Lillian and Mavis Salfer of Redwood Falls; nieces and nephews, Melanie Sjoberg, Nathaniel Schmidt, Ashley Lynch, Jennifer Wurtz, Joe Salfer, and Adam Salfer.
