REDWOOD FALLS — Memorial services for Ray Rasmussen, 76, of Redwood Falls will be at a later date. He will be interred at Spearfish Canyon in South Dakota at a later date. Stephens Funeral Service – Redwood Valley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
He died peacefully in his sleep Saturday, Nov. 21, 2020, at his home.
He was born June 1, 1944, to Lyle and Doris (Miller) Rasmussen in Marshall. He served in the U.S. Marines in California and Japan from 1960 to 1964.
Survivors include his wife, Linda; children, Mike of Redwood Falls and Lezlie Janczak of Panama City, Florida; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and siblings, Suzanne Ruchti of Willmar, Bob of Apple Valley, Tammy Hiese of Moose Lake and Scott of Avon.
