ARCO — Services for Carsten Madsen, 98, of Arco, Minnesota, will be private. Interment will be at the Arco City Cemetery.  Alive-stream of Carsten’s service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday on www.hartquistfuneral.com . Hartquist Funeral Home – Tyler Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.  Memorials in honor of Carsten may be directed to Bethany Lutheran Church in Arco or the Lincoln County Fair.
