Ty Klocow

MARSHALL — A private family celebration for the life of Ty Klocow, 27, of Marshall will take place at Rehkamp Horvath Funeral Home in Marshall. A walk through visitation will be Monday, September 28, 2020, 4-6p.m. at the funeral home. A private family burial will take place at a later date.

Ty Andrew Klocow was born on February 16, 1993, in Fargo, ND, to Dennis and Heidi (Aho) Klocow. He attended school in Marshall until 2003 when he transferred to Cottonwood. Ty graduated from Lakeview High School in 2012.

Although Ty was non-verbal, he was very social. He communicated with his smile and his sense of humor and he loved spending time with his friends and family. He enjoyed swimming, hot tubbing and ranger rides. He also loved to eat and enjoyed watching cooking shows. Ty will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Ty died unexpectedly at his residence in Marshall on Wednesday, September 23, 2020. He is survived by his parents Dennis and Heidi Klocow of Cottonwood, sister Rylee Klocow of Florence SC and fiancé Derek, brother Jackson Klocow of Cottonwood, maternal grandparents John and Mary Aho of Wadena, and many aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Dennis and Irma Klocow.
