SLAYTON — Services for Jerome “Jerry” Joseph Halbur, 83, of Slayton will be at 10 a.m. today at St. Ann’s Church in Slayton. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Marshall. St. Ann’s Church is requiring masks to be worn throughout the entire Mass because of the COVID-19 restrictions.
