MARSHALL — Services for Sandra Ruth (Starken) Rettmer, 79, of Marshall, formerly of Tracy will be at a later date. Stephens Funeral Service – Tracy Area Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
She died Friday, Feb. 14, 2020, from complications of pneumonia and lung cancer on at Seasons Hospice House in Redwood Falls.
She was born Oct. 27, 1940, in Tracy, to Mathew and Cora (Lee) Starken.
Survivors include her children, Stacy Neis, Jane Belisle, Sara Sammons, and Matthew Rettmer; seven grandchildren; and sister, Nancy Sanderson.
