TRACY — Services for LaMoine “Tuffy” Hullstrom Meyer, 90, of Tracy, will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Tracy Lutheran Church. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday at the Tracy Area Funeral Home with a prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at church on Tuesday. Burial will be in the Tracy City Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent at www.stephensfuneralservice.com. He died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2020, surrounded by his family at Prairie View Healthcare Center in Tracy.

He was born Jan. 30, 1930, to Fred and Nellie (Hullstrom) Meyer on a farm near Twin Valley in Norman County. He joined the National Guard, attended boot camp at Fort Rucker, Ala., and attended MFSS school at Fort Sam Houston near San Antonio, Texas, where he became an Army medic.

Survivors include his children: Larry of Radcliff, Ky., Steven of Tracy, and Lanette Rayburn of Redwood Falls; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; great-great-granddaughter; and brother Alan.
