MARSHALL — Services for Joan Votava, 73, of Marshall are 11 a.m. today at Living Word Lutheran Church in Marshall. Following a reception, burial will be in the Hamlin Reformed Church Cemetery near Castlewood, South Dakota. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
