MILROY — Services for Delmar Debbaut, 86, of Marshall, formerly of Milroy, will take place at 11 a.m. today at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Milroy. Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. at the church. Burial with military honors will follow the service at St. Michael’s Catholic Cemetery in Milroy.
