WATERTOWN, S.D. — Services for Arlene “Peggy” Norton, 89, of Watertown, S.D., will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the United Methodist Church in Gary, S.D. Burial will be at the Grandview Cemetery in Gary, S.D. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday at the Houseman Funeral Home in Clear Lake.
