REDWOOD FALLS — Services for Thomas Raymond Palmer, 61, of Minneapolis, formerly of Redwood Falls, will be at 11 a.m. today at First United Methodist Church in Redwood Falls. Visitation will begin at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service at church. Burial will be at the Redwood Falls Cemetery.
