CANBY — Services for Norbert Phillips, 89, of Canby will be at 10:30 a.m. today at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Canby. Burial will be in the St. Peter’s Catholic Cemetery, Canby. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
