MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 23, was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic stop at 10:52 p.m. Monday on the 100 block of South Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 10:44 p.m. Monday on the 300 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — Assault was reported at 8:35 p.m. Monday on the 900 block of Pine Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
