MARSHALL — Identity theft reported at 1:32 p.m. Tuesday on the 2500 block of 340th Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL — An 81-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation at 5:57 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of Lyon County Road 74 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL — A 31-year-old woman was cited for no seat belt and no current proof of insurance at 8:01 a.m. Tuesday on the intersection of East Southview Drive and Columbine Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Fraud reported at 10:38 a.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Westwood Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A juvenile female was located and returned to house in a runaway incident reported at 3:40 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Saratoga Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A vehicle received minor damage from an unknown vehicle in a hit-and-run incident reported at 7:27 p.m. Tuesday on the the intersection of North First Street and West Lyon Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 54-year-old man was cited for speeding at 11:57 p.m. Tuesday on the intersection of West Main Street and North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — An 18-year-old man was cited for no Minnesota driver’s license at 5:39 a.m. Wednesday on the 1200 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
