MARSHALL — A juvenile male reported as a runaway at 12:11 a.m. Wednesday on the 700 block of Elizabeth Street was returned home, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 39-year-old man was arrested for DWI at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of Boyer Drive, Marshall Police said.
BALATON — A scam reported at 8:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 1600 block of 230th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A 33-year-old man turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 22-year-old woman was cited for having an obstructed view in her vehicle in a traffic incident at 7:28 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Boyer Drive and Margaret Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft of landscaping bricks reported at 4:28 p.m. Tuesday on the 700 block of Brian Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 50-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 3:55 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Charles Avenue and South Minnesota Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A rear-end collision was reported at 6:42 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Main Street and Channel Parkway, Marshall Police said. No injuries were reported, Police said.
