MARSHALL — Theft reported at 7:29 a.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A female runaway reported at 2:25 a.m. Wednesday on the 500 block of West Lyon Street was located and returned home, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 25-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 7:21 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Legion Field Road, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — Two men, ages 42 and 58, were served trespassing orders in an incident at 6:41 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Water Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 21-year-old man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia in a traffic incident at 6:26 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of North Bruce Street and Willow Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 20-year-old man was cited for not wearing a seatbelt at 6:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 1100 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 23-year-old woman was cited for not wearing a seatbelt at 5:53 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Lyon Street and Whitney Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is pending on an assault at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday on Tiger Drive, Marshall Police said.
