MARSHALL — A Marshall man was arrested on an outstanding warrant at 3:14 a.m. Sunday on the 200 block of West Redwood Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A cat was bitten by another cat in an animal complaint reported at 11:29 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Saratoga Street and South Fifth Street, Marshall Police said.
