MARSHALL — A 19-year-old man was arrested for second degree assault and domestic assault at 2:21 p.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of State Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 20-year-old man was cited for speeding at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday at North Bruce Street and Fairview Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 19-year-old man was cited for speeding at 11:36 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Boxelder Street and North Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Check forgery was reported at 11:29 a.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — Theft reported at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
