MARSHALL — A 54-year-old woman was arrested for violating a domestic abuse no-contact order and violating conditions of release at 4:41 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Theft reported at 1:18 p.m. Tuesday on the 2600 block of Lyon County Road 6 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

GARVIN — A 35-year-old man was cited for not having proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 1:11 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Lyon County Road 14, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

LYND — A 61-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in a traffic incident at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 27-year-old man was arrested for interfering with an emergency call, domestic assault and disorderly conduct at 8:23 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Fremont Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Found property was reported at 2:50 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of South Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
