MARSHALL — A report is being sent to the city attorney for consideration of charges in an assault incident reported at 12:25 p.m. Saturday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. A woman was also trespassed from the property, Police said.

MARSHALL — Damage to a vehicle window reported at 3:31 p.m. Saturday on the 600 block of Michigan Road is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An intoxicated male was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 1:17 a.m. Saturday on the intersection of East College Drive and West Main Street, Marshall Police said. The intoxicated male also reported that he stole a bicycle, Police said.

MARSHALL — A man was arrested for third degree DWI in an incident reported at 1 a.m. Saturday on the intersection of North Minnesota Street and Boxelder Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant in an incident reported at 9:33 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of North First Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report of damage to a few political signs was reported at 11:10 p.m. Friday on the 400 block of Kossuth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An incident reported at 3:47 p.m. Friday on the 600 block of West Lyon Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Burglary reported at 2:43 p.m. Sunday on the 1200 block of West Main Street is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
