MARSHALL — An unknown vehicle struck a parked car in a hit-and-run incident reported at 12:58 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 42-year-old Ghent man was arrested for shoplifting in a theft incident reported at 5:11 p.m. Friday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
