Crime for April 16

MARSHALL — A missing juvenile reported at 9:38 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Second Street was found and returned home, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 20-year-old man was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic incident at 7:52 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Minnesota Highway 23 and South Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MINNEOTA — Theft was reported at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday on Van’s Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A 39-year-old woman was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at 3:23 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of C Street and Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

LYND — A incident reported at 3:02 p.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Lynd Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

GARVIN — An incident reported at 1:37 p.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of 300th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — An 18-year-old man was released to a responsible party in an incident reported at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Saratoga Street and East Thomas Avenue, Marshall Police said.

RUSSELL — A 30-year-old woman was cited for speeding at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 170th Street and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A theft reported at 8:24 a.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Village Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said. A 36-year-old man was issued a trespassing notice in the incident, Police said.
