MARSHALL — A 19-year-old man was cited for failing to stop at a stop sign at 10:16 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Kendall Street and Legion Field Road, Marshall Police said.
BALATON — Theft of an ice auger reported at 7:51 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of South Mound Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
TRACY — An animal bite was reported at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 400 block of State Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
MARSHALL — A 44-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault at 5:29 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Auto theft reported at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday on the 1300 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A dog and a dog owner were bitten by another dog in an incident at 3:16 p.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Pleasant Street, Marshall Police said. The dog was taken to the kennel for a 10-day quarantine, Police said.
TRACY — Theft of corn from a grain bin reported at 2:19 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of 220th Street and 330th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
COTTONWOOD — Possible child maltreatment reported at 11:49 a.m. Tuesday on the 100 block of Lindsay Drive is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
MARSHALL — A vehicle struck by an unknown vehicle at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday on the 1500 block of East College Drive is under investigation, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 2:28 a.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of South Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
