MARSHALL — A dog was taken to the kennel in an animal complaint at 12:09 p.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Elaine Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL —Â A Marshall man, 27, was arrested for DWI at 12:57 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of North Third Street and West Main Street, Marshall Police said.
