MARSHALL — A 23-year-old man was arrested for second degree assault, making terroristic threats and fleeing law enforcement in an incident reported at 11:14 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East College Drive and Minnesota Highway 19, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — Fraud was reported at 4:13 p.m. Thursday on the 1200 block of Morgan street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

LYND — An incident reported at 4:04 p.m. Thursday on the 2000 block of Minnesota Highway 23 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
