MARSHALL — Two people were arrested in a domestic incident reported at 8:58 p.m. Wednesday on the 600 block of West Marshall Street, Marshall Police said. A 27-year-old woman was arrested for second degree assault and domestic assault, and a 29-year-old man was arrested for violating a domestic assault no-contact order, Police said.
