MARSHALL — A 22-year-old man was cited for DWI, and possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle at 7:04 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of North Minnesota Highway 23 and East College Drive, Marshall Police said.

GHENT — Entry to a building on the 300 block of East McQuestion Street was reported at 9:38 a.m. Sunday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. Nothing was reported stolen, the Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 12:07 a.m. Sunday on Morgan Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

GHENT — A burglary reported at 10:37 p.m. Saturday on the 200 block of Loomis Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MINNEOTA — A family matter was reported at 7:59 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of North Madison Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.

BALATON — Parties in a domestic incident reported at 3:38 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of West Second Avenue were separated, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 2:38 a.m. Saturday on the 900 block of Pine Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 8:35 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of East Fifth Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

COTTONWOOD — A school bus stop arm violation was reported at 4:03 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of Northwood Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — An 82-year-old man was cited for speeding at 1:04 p.m. Friday at the intersection of East College Drive and Minnesota Highway 19, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

LYND — A report is pending on an animal complaint at 12:03 a.m. Friday on the 200 block of West Railroad Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
