MARSHALL — A 30-year-old man was arrested for DWI, open bottle, driving after revocation and failure to provide proof of insurance at 10:49 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East College Drive and Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — Theft of a motor vehicle reported at 10:07 p.m. Wednesday on the 2900 block of 270th Avenue is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
BALATON — A 27-year-old man was arrested for fifth degree controlled substance crime, obstructing legal process and driving after suspension in a traffic incident reported at 4:31 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Third Street and South Central Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said. The man was held for court, the Sheriff’s office said.
MARSHALL — Criminal sexual conduct reported at 2:24 p.m. Wednesday is under investigation, Marshall Police said.
MINNEOTA — A family matter was reported at 2:13 p.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of East First Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
TRACY — A burglary was reported at 8:09 a.m. Wednesday on the 300 block of South Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
