TRACY — Property damage was reported at 7:53 a.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of underage drinking, underage drinking and driving and open bottle charges against three juveniles, in an incident at 12:27 a.m. Tuesday on the 1200 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — An animal complaint was reported at 6:27 p.m. Monday at the intersection of Eighth Street and Rowland Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.

MARSHALL — An orange cat was taken to the kennel in an animal complaint at 1:18 p.m. Monday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 57-year-old man was cited for speeding at 1:12 p.m. Monday, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.

MARSHALL — A 33-year-old man was arrested for a predatory offender registration violation at 11:41 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of North First Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — An adult male was bitten by a dog in an incident reported at 11:03 a.m. Monday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, Marshall Police said. The dog was taken to the kennel for a 10-day quarantine, Police said.

MARSHALL — A 56-year-old man was arrested for a Department of Corrections probation violation at 9:33 a.m. Monday on the 600 block of North U.S. Highway 59, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 48-year-old woman was cited for a hands-free violation at 8:40 a.m. Monday on the 3400 block of U.S. Highway 59, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office said.
