Sunday crash injures one on Highway 14

TRACY — A Walnut Grove woman was injured in a one-vehicle crash Sunday on U.S. Highway 14 near Tracy, the Minnesota State Patrol said.

The crash was reported at 1:14 p.m., on Highway 14 in Monroe Township, the State Patrol said. A 1995 Lexus driven by Pang Vang, 55, was eastbound when it crossed the center line and went onto the westbound shoulder. Vang overcorrected and ended up rolling the vehicle into the eastbound ditch, the State Patrol said.

Pang was taken to Sanford Tracy Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol said. The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, Tracy Ambulance and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources all responded at the crash scene.
