BALATON — Parties were separated in a domestic incident reported at 8:37 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of West Second Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — Theft of an auto reported at 1:04 p.m. Sunday on the 2900 block of Lyon County Road 8 is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
