COTTONWOOD — A 65-year-old man was arrested on a Lyon County warrant and violation of a DANCO order and contempt of court in an incident reported at 1:46 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of Lindsay Drive, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
RUSSELL — Theft of license plate registration stickers reported at 4:42 p.m. Tuesday on the 300 block of First Street is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
LYND — Parties were separated for the night in a family matter reported at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday on the 2200 block of Lyon County Road 25, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL — A report is pending on an assault incident reported at 7:08 p.m. Tuesday on the 600 block of West Main Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL — A boys’ bicycle was found and taken to storage in an incident reported at 9:08 a.m. Tuesday on the 500 block of Timmerman Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A small brown dog was taken to the kennel in an animal complaint reported at 9:26 a.m. Tuesday on the 1400 block of Carlson Street, Marshall Police said.

TRACY — A suspicious incident was reported at 10:38 p.m. Tuesday on the 1600 block of Center Street, Tracy Police said. No further information was available.
