MARSHALL — A 27-year-old man was cited for driving after revocation in an incident reported at 2:01 p.m. Friday on the intersection of South Saratoga Street and South Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

RUSSELL — A report is pending on a suspicious incident reported at 2:05 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of First Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

BALATON — A suspicious incident was reported at 2:14 p.m. Friday on the 300 block of Prairie Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

BALATON — A 17-year-old male was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 6:50 p.m. Friday on the intersection of 150th Street and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 59-year-old man was arrested for DWI and placed on a 12-hour hold in an incident reported at 10:21 p.m Friday on the intersection of 300th Street and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 21-year-old woman was cited for more than 1.4 grams of marijuana and a 20-year-old woman was cited for a small amount of marijuana in an incident reported at 10:48 a.m. Friday on the 300 block of South Bruce Street, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
