MARSHALL —Â A 29-year-old man turned himself in on a Lyon County warrant at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday at the Law Enforcement Center, Marshall Police said.
LYND —Â A 23-year-old man was cited for speeding at 7:22 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Minnesota Highway 23 and Lyon County Road 5, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
LYND —Â An incident reported at 7:18 p.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Redwood Court is under investigation, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MARSHALL —Â A report was sent to the county attorney for consideration of charges against a 42-year-old man in a domestic incident at 5:18 p.m. Wednesday on the 1100 block of Birch Street, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL — A 33-year-old woman was cited for driving after suspension in a traffic incident at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday on the 1000 block of East Southview Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL —Â A 29-year-old man was cited for not having a valid Minnesota driver’s license in a traffic incident at 1:43 p.m. Wednesday on the 1400 block of East College Drive, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL —Â A 34-year-old man was cited for failure to provide proof of insurance in a traffic incident at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Boyer Drive and Clarice Avenue, Marshall Police said.
MARSHALL —Â A 66-year-old man was cited for driving after suspension, and not having insurance, in a traffic incident at 12:47 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and Minnesota Highway 23, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.
MINNEOTA —Â A suspicious incident was reported at 9:16 a.m. Wednesday on Van’s Street, Minneota Police said. No further information was available.
