MARSHALL — An unknown vehicle struck a parked car in a hit-and-run incident reported at 8:44 p.m. Saturday on the 300 block of North Whitney Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is not complete on a theft at 11:45 p.m. Friday on the 200 block of North Fourth Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall man, 18, was cited for noise and underage consumption of alcohol at 10:21 p.m. Friday on the 1100 block of Winchester Avenue, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Educational neglect of a child was reported at 9:48 p.m. Friday on the 500 block of Village Drive, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Child abuse was reported at 8:36 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of North First Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A dog bite incident was reported at 7:31 p.m. Friday on Whitney Circle, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — Shoplifting was reported at 5:06 p.m. Friday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said. The suspect was not located, Police said.

MARSHALL — A Balaton woman, 28, was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia at 12:56 p.m. Friday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A report is not complete on a school bus stop arm violation at 8:56 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Parkside Drive and Jewett Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Marshall girl, 11, was picked up and returned to school in a truancy incident reported at 8:19 a.m. Friday, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A Canby man, 45, was arrested for DUI at 12:57 a.m. Friday on the 100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.
