Crime and Accidents for March 26

GHENT — A 32-year-old woman was cited for speeding in an incident reported at 5:29 p.m. Friday on the intersection of 170th Avenue and Lyon County Road 8, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said.

MARSHALL — A 26-year-old man was arrested for seven violations and driving after revocation in an incident reported at 11:03 a.m. Sunday on the 1100 block of East Main Street, Marshall Police said.

MARSHALL — A 24-year-old man was cited for no Minnesota driver’s license in an incident reported at 1:25 a.m. Sunday on the 800 block of West Main Street, Marshall Police said.

Accidents

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 11:33 a.m. Friday on the 3600 block of 230th Avenue, the Lyon County Sheriff’s Department said. There were no injuries, and one driver was cited for no proof of insurance and failure to drive with due care, the sheriff’s department said.

MARSHALL — A vehicle hit a parked vehicle causing moderate damage to both in a property damage accident reported at 11:42 a.m. Sunday on the 500 block of North Fourth Street, Marshall Police said. Both vehicles were towed, Police said.

MARSHALL — A two-vehicle crash was reported at 4:54 p.m. Sunday on the intersection of East Main Street and Windstar Street, Police said. There were no injuries, Police said.
